We offer flat-rate shipping based on the weight of your order. Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping within Canada and the USA.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello.batacup@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Our scrunchies are made from 100% pure silk and should be handled with care.
We recommend hand washing in cold water with a gentle detergent. If using a washing machine, place the scrunchie in a mesh laundry bag and wash on a delicate cycle with cold water.
Air dry only. Do not tumble dry.
